Ingredients

  • 1 sponge cake recipe
  • 1 apple jelly jar
  • Icing sugar

Preparation

  • Bake cake 25 minutes in a 10 1/2 x 15 inches pan.
  • Turn cake upside down onto a towel, sprinkle with sugar icing.
  • Roll by pushing it with the towel.
  • Place on a cake grate to cool.
  • Onroll, cover quickly with jelly using a fork.
  • Roll again.
  • Cool, sprinkle with icing sugar
