Apple jelly roll cake

Ingredients
- 1 sponge cake recipe
- 1 apple jelly jar
- Icing sugar

Preparation
- Bake cake 25 minutes in a 10 1/2 x 15 inches pan.
- Turn cake upside down onto a towel, sprinkle with sugar icing.
- Roll by pushing it with the towel.
- Place on a cake grate to cool.
- Onroll, cover quickly with jelly using a fork.
- Roll again.
- Cool, sprinkle with icing sugar
