Chocolate and apple upside-down cake

Ingredients
Cake
1 1/2 cup of flour
3 teaspoonful of baking powder
1/2 teaspoonful of salt
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa
1/3 cup of butter
1 beaten egg
3/4 cup of milk
1 teaspoonful of vanilla
Topping
1/4 cup of liquid butter
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoonful of lemon juice
2 cups of sliced trimmed apples
Preparation
Pour the butter in a 9 x 9 inches pan, add sugar and lemon juice. Decorate with apples.
Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Sift the dry ingredients, add cut butter to make coarse crumbs.
