Our Story

In the summer of 2022, we planted the first seeds of a dream that is now taking root in the fertile soil of Montérégie: over 32,000 vines, featuring seven distinct grape varieties—Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. This diversity is the heart of our project, promising a palette of flavors and aromas that will reflect the richness of our terroir.

Discover the essence of our terroir at our boutique, located at 1020 Chemin de la Montagne in Mont-Saint-Hilaire. We welcome you every day for walk-in tastings, no reservation required. Take in the panoramic view from our terrace overlooking the vineyards while enjoying a crisp, chilled glass of wine. To complete the experience, treat yourself to our local platters: a savory assortment of cheeses, duck rillettes, nuts, and olives. A moment of pure bliss guaranteed!
