Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) of blueberries
  • 3/4 cup (190 ml) low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of milk
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of non-sweeten pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoonfuls (45 ml) of honey
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 ml) of ice cubes

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes, a few at a time, and mix until they are finely grounded. Serve immediately.
