Refreshing Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) of blueberries
- 3/4 cup (190 ml) low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) of milk

- 1 cup (250 ml) of non-sweeten pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoonfuls (45 ml) of honey
- 1 1/2 cup (375 ml) of ice cubes

Preparation
- In a blender, combine the blueberries, yogurt, milk, pineapple juice and honey until smooth.
- Add ice cubes, a few at a time, and mix until they are finely grounded. Serve immediately.
