Blueberry dumpling

Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 lb (454 g) of blueberries
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) of brown sugar
- 1 cup (250 ml) of water
- Vanilla, to taste

Dumpling
- 1 cup (250 ml) of flour
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) of milk
- 2 teaspoonfuls (10 ml) of baking powder
- 2 tablespoonfuls (30 ml) of shortening
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
- Mix the broth ingredients together and heat in the oven. The broth is ready when the sugar and brown sugar are completely diluted.
- Mix Ingredients for the dough together and throw this mixture by spoonful in hot broth.
- Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes over low heat.
- Tip: You can replace blueberries with raspberries or strawberries or even put the three.
* Blueberries can be frozen or fresh.
